Smoke & Mirror

This week we are combining the rich smoky herbaceousness of Pensador Mezcal, with the smooth honeyed sweetness of Desdeya Tequila.

We bring these complex earthy flavours together with the bright and bitter Scarpa Bianco Extra Dry and Yellow Chartreuse.

All pulled together with fresh orange peel, and Amargo Chuncho bitters.

Smoke comes to the forefront here, but beautifully  balanced with a rich, bitter sweet, intense finish.
