The Wormwood Rogue
This week we are celebrating two botanical powerhouses.
First off we have Botivo, a powerfully bittersweet aperitif made in Lannock Farm in Hertfordshire.
This is majestically paired with Regal Rogue’s Daringly Dry vermouth from New South Wales, Australia.
We have used Mykolasch vodka to bring the two together and lifted the whole thing with zesty orange peel.
The wormwood really shines here, making a complex but refreshing martini.
Recommended with our Sea Bream Crudo, dressed with seabuckthorn and samphire.
