Far From Inocente - a cocktail for Sherry Week

To celebrate Sherry Week, we've created a cocktail that pays homage to Jerez. This is a beautifully saline martini. A generous glug of Mikolasch vodka, meets an umami rich tomato essence, pulled together with Valdespino's incredible Inocente fino sherry.

And to garnish, a vodka & chili pickled cherry tomato of course.
