Service Charge

Fourth and Church has a discretionary 12.5% service charge in place, which is added to all bills. 

The entirety of this goes directly to the whole Fourth and Church team. 

We have a clear point structure in place which reflects both time in service, position and responsibility. 

We pay Tronc throughout holiday periods to enable and encourage a positive working environment.
