Peter Hall from Breaky Bottom near Lewes will talk us through his award winning and delicious sparkling wines. This is a great opportunity to meet one of the legendary winemakers, with over 40 years of English wine production experience.
Dermot Sugrue from Wiston Estate near Pulborough has been in charge of making wines at Wiston Estate from their first vintage. The strikingly clean, dry and complex style of his wines are comparable to some of the best growers champagnes.
There will be Pinchos, Crostini including house cured fish and English cheeses designed by the team at Fourth & Church to compliment the wines shown.
