We borrow traditions from around the world to create new and exciting dishes that are packed with layers of umami flavour. We work with carefully selected local and regional producers to source fantastic seasonal produce, supporting artisanal producers and independent winemakers from across the UK and Europe. Based in the Bairrada region in Portugal, the Pato family has been producing wine at Quinta do Ribeirinho since the 18th Century. Luís Pato produced his first vintage in 1980 and today is not only the most famous producer in his region, but is renowned globally as a pioneering winemaker producing exceptional wines.
Perfect for Spring, we will taste through four amazing wines made from indigenous grapes, perfectly paired with four delicious snacks, a steal at £45pp.
